What We Do

We provide phone reservation support for restaurants and experiences in Japan. If you don’t speak Japanese or prefer not to call, we’ll call on your behalf, secure your booking, and send all details in English.

Ideal for:

Frequently Asked Questions

You first pay the initial fee (retainer). If we successfully secure a reservation, you then pay the success fee and any extra charges. If we cannot make a reservation, you don't pay the success fee or extras.
The initial fee covers our research and phone calls, so it is non-refundable in principle. If we clearly make a mistake, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
In that case, you only pay the initial fee. No success fee or extra charges will be billed.
You must follow the restaurant cancellation policy, and cancellation fees may apply. Our success fee is charged for the reservation service itself and is non-refundable in case of guest-side cancellation.
Yes, we can confirm allergies, vegetarian options, halal, and other dietary restrictions with the restaurant. Please specify your requirements in the booking form.
No. We specialize only in restaurant and café reservations.

ご依頼時に、まず「着手金」をオンライン決済にてお支払いいただきます。実際に予約が成立した場合のみ、後から「成功報酬＋各種加算」をお支払いいただきます。
着手金は、調査・電話連絡等の実費に相当するため、原則として返金いたしません。ただし、当方の明らかな手続きミスが原因の場合には、個別に返金対応を検討いたします。
その場合、着手金のみ頂戴し、成功報酬は発生しません。
店舗側のキャンセルポリシーに従ってキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。当サービスへの成功報酬は、原則として返金いたしません。
はい、可能な範囲で店舗に確認いたします。ナッツアレルギー、グルテンフリー、豚肉NG、ハラール配慮などご希望がある場合は、フォームに必ずご記入ください。
